What is BFT?

Body Fit Training is progressive, results-driven group fitness with a bias towards strength training. 

The BFT system and philosophies have been developed by BFT Founder, Cameron Falloon. Cam has had an extensive career as a strength and conditioning coach for elite sporting teams nationally and internationally and was the personal fitness trainer for Princess Diana. Cam’s philosophy centers on delivering results-driven programs via progressive training loads. It’s the strategy he’s used successfully for over 25 years in the industry. 

At BFT, the aim of every week’s programming is to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and work through different planes of movement. Progressive overload is programmed in 8-10 week training blocks to drive results and provide variety in a fun and supportive group training environment. 

The BFT System is unlike any other group training system in the global market. From our cutting-edge technology to the use of scientifically validated exercise prescription and physiological modeling that underpin our programs, the BFT System is current, progressive, results-driven and FUN! 

The BFT System consists of 14 programs that are cycled through and progressed to provide the most balanced, well-rounded group training program service offering on the market. A system designed to get you results, improve performance and limit injuries.
